Maintenance Staff

Pay: $16.00/ Hour

Maintenance staff are responsible for tasks and duties assigned by the maintenance manager. This includes performing general park maintenance, completing detailed paperwork, maintaining an organized inventory, and ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurate and up to date. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to listen and operate under a direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

Upload maintenance logs
Update repair logs
Upload and submit monthly maintenance logs
Completed before the first Tuesday of the new month
Monthly/ Running Inventory of Maintenance consumables
Monthly cleaning/ organization of Maintenance supplies and tools
Assist in offloading old equipment and supplies through 2nd hand sales outlets like Facebook Marketplace
Manage and update the maintenance page of the supplies pricing sheet
Train Employees on basic maintenance tasks and WO Process
Delegate basic maintenance tasks to employees
Maintain a team of competent employees (1) to perform maintenance duties
Notify GM/AGM to adjust scheduling as needed for park maintenance
Complete/ delegate completion of Park maintenance based on master maintenance schedule
Small monthly supplies orders
Large supply orders every 6 months
Maintain equipment around the park, including vacuums, power washer, leaf blower, power tools, etc
Maintain a stock of spare parts and materials for all vital park equipment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic maintenance experience of any kind
