Help & FAQ
Everything you need to know about applying for jobs, managing your applicant profile, and using CrewHire invite links.
Finding and applying for jobs
- Browse open positions at /jobs — no account required to view listings.
- Click 'Apply now' on any job to start your application.
- The application flow is split into two steps: basic info first, then resume, eligibility, and any job-specific questions.
- Some jobs include custom screening questions such as yes/no checks or short written responses.
- Create a free account to track your applications and save your information for future use.
Resume and profile
- Once signed in, visit My Profile from the dashboard navigation.
- Save your location, work history, and references — this information pre-fills future applications so you don't have to re-enter it each time.
- Upload a resume to your profile and you can reuse it when applying instead of uploading a new file each time.
- CrewHire currently accepts PDF, DOC, and DOCX resumes up to 5 MB.
- You can update or delete your resume at any time from your profile.
Tracking your applications
- Sign in at /auth/login to view your applicant dashboard.
- Your dashboard shows all jobs you've applied to and their current status.
- Statuses include: New, In Review, Interview, Offer Sent, Hired, Pass, Duplicate, and Withdrawn.
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your application is submitted.
- After you submit, the form is replaced with a confirmation state so you don't accidentally send the same application twice.
Drafts, edits, and application details
- You can save an application draft before submitting it.
- Draft applications can be edited or deleted from your applicant dashboard.
- Submitted applications can be withdrawn as long as they have not already been closed.
- After submitting, you can still add or update additional details like work history and references from your dashboard.
- These details are visible to the employer reviewing your application.
- Eligibility questions and job-specific screening answers are stored per application.
Invites and employer team access
- If an employer invites you to join their CrewHire team, use the link in the invite email to accept it.
- Invite links expire after 7 days. If your link has expired, ask the employer to resend the invite.
- If you already have a CrewHire account, sign in with the same email address that received the invite.
